Cody’s pursuit of excellence began at a young age, achieving high school Valedictorian, then graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University, and then graduating with Honors with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan. 

Throughout his career, Cody has used his education and experience to drive success around him, beginning at Ford Motor Company as a cross-functional finance and marketing professional, including a stint in Ford’s Internal Business Process Audit Group. That experience, together with running his own successful consulting company for fourteen years, has exposed him to numerous examples of both outstanding and terrible business practices. Cody has consulted businesses both small and large, including most recently the US Department of Energy. 

Cody’s business savvy has translated nicely to a thriving career in real estate. Just two years after obtaining his real estate license, Cody became the #1 producer in the branch, which he maintained for several years, and has successfully run a high producing team for more than a decade.
